Spanish HOWTO for Mailscanner 4

Hi, I've written a howto for sendmail/mailscanner/mcafee/debian in
spanish.
I think it's quiet complete but as allways it could be better, for
example I'd like a better way to restart sendmail when running with
mailscanner (you know there are two sendmail's running) in Debian.

I've made also a init script for mailscanner which I've included in
the document.
