MailScanner not adding headers

Check that
chkconfig --list | grep -i mail
shows sendmail switched off in all runlevels, and MailScanner turned on
when it should be.
You might need to do
chkconfig sendmail off
chkconfig MailScanner on
service sendmail stop
service MailScanner restart
and then try it again.
