Mailscanner setup (sendmail start script)

If you are using it on a RedHat 9 box, you should be using the distribution
clearly labelled "for RedHat Linux". If you did that, you would not need to
ask this question as it would all be done for you. You should then be
following the instructions for the RPM distribution which are here:
