Yes, but the proof of concept has the %01 before the @.  (I'm not sure
which you were saying was wrong though).

It is worth noting that since the %01 hides anything after it the @ need
not follow immediately, for example

www.amazon.com%01Iwantallyourmoney at www.evil.com
