upgrade_MailScanner_conf

Hello Julian,

When running upgrade_MailScanner_conf I end up losing the
default/recommended values you suggest for settings I have changed.

I usually keep your value scommented out but upgrade_MailScanner_conf
deletes them.

I know about the --keep-comments option but I want the new values and
improved configuration options too...

Could upgrade_MailScanner_conf keep its default/recommended values as
comments if they differ from our values?
