Just to follow up my own posting, I should add that just because there's a
technical way of doing this, doesn't necessarily mean you're safe to actually
do it.

In the UK we have things like the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, the
Human Rights Act, and legislation covering the interception of
telecommunications etc.   I guess there's going to be something similar in
force in the Minneapolis area too, so I suggest you take a bit of expert
advice before simply forwarding copies of everyone's email to another
account, in case somebody once day decides they'd rather you didn't, and you
suddenly find out you aren't legally allowed to, perhaps.

NB: I am not a lawyer, but I've seen enough of them.
