mailscanner 4.2x and postfix 2.0.14 do play well together

I've running a version of Postfix 2 (admittedly < than 0.14, though) using 'hold' and a single queue, and things seem to be working fine and dandy.

I'm a bit perturbed by Wietse's and Julian's comments, though. Wietse has always had a very one-sided view of how things should be done in Postfix (any external programme should talk SMTP, so even though he's just added a type of 'proxy' function to Postfix 2, the thing it connects to still needs to talk SMTP ... Julian has of course, and quite sensibly stated that he doesn't want to write a new SMTP daemon and reinvent the wheel. 

As to Julian's comments, well, maybe I should have learnt Exim then when I was making the decision to switch from Amavis to MailScanner ;) ... I just happened to know Postfix at the time!
