Maybe you've whitelisted your own servers / IP range (assuming your secondary MX passes mail to your primary the primary sees the secondary as its source).  If you're doing RBL checks then they won't work on mail recieved via secondary.

You should probably upgrade that to a more recent version - its pretty old now.
