Sudden surge in spam

I was missing some timeout settings in spam.assassin.prefs.conf. Looks
like it was part of an upgrade and I didn't go through that file.

rbl_timeout     20
razor_timeout   10
pyzor_timeout   10

I'll see if that helps things.
