[OT]F-Secure 4.5 update for Rh9

Their dbupdate command copies the files to a temporary location and checks 
them before installing them, so locking isn't *really* needed. So

#!/bin/sh
exec /opt/f-secure/fsav/bin/dbupdate

should do the job.
I've added that to the next release.
