Warning Is Attachment = no

Anyone know why this doesn't work for me? No matter what I do it ALWAYS
attaches a viruswarning.txt to the message, I don't want this because some
of the corporate end users are so strict that they don't even allow .txt
attachments.
Any help?
I've tried no, none, commenting the line out, everything.
