One of the nice things about the way in which MailScanner batch processes is
that all the tests can be done first, and then the mail can be modified /
delivered / bounced etc afterwards.

In other words, scan for viruses and remember whether you find one, then scan
for spam (scanning the original unchanged message) and see what the result is.

Once you've done that (and the filename / filetype checks etc), you can
change the subject line if you want to, just before delivering it to somebody.
