Uhm ... did you ever look in the config ? :)
Thats why Julian implemented rulesets.

Spam Header = X-MailScanner-SpamCheck:
You can do this within a ruleset also, and if you like to change it every
10 minutes make a cron job to do so, i only dont see the use, if you
change it like that better put in NO header, it will only confuse your own
users. And thats why you put in the header in the first place.
