SpamAssassin not checking spam?

Hi Kevin

Yes it is set in MailScanner.conf, Use SpamAssassin = yes

Sorry but Spamassassin does NOT tag any spam, the only spam being caught are
those blacklisted within Mailscanner & these marked by Spamcop etc.

But If I run spamassassin manually it correcly scores the mail as spam.
