SpamAssassin not catching spam.

Redhat System 7.3, Sendmail, Mailscanner 4.22-5, Spamassassin 2.55 but my
Spamassassin is not reporting any spam, if I put Mailscanner into debug mode
and run it I get the following output, any clues on how to solve the problem
?
