Well my problem went away after the power black out forced a reboot on the
server.  I don't know why a reboot fixed it, because I restarted all
services that are related to mail delivery.  Something must have been
hanging around and holding up the show???  Thanks for all the information.
Maybe the biggest Backout in North Amarica's History had a positive side :)
