Scanned but not Delivered

Dear All,

We are setting up MailScanner with sendmail on Mandrake Linux 9.1, and has
gone as far as installing and runnning Mailscanner the Maillog log all the
scanning by Mailscanner but the mail sat in the mqueue directory and not
getting delivered!

Please let us know what we missed and how we can complete the delivery
circle.
