ANNOUNCE: Versions 3.25 and 4.04 released

I have just corrected a potential Denial of Service attack that exists in
both Version 3 and Version 4. I have never received any reports of this
potential problem ever having been intentionally exploited, but it is best
to fix it now before someone tries it.

I strongly advise all users to upgrade to either of these releases.

Version 3 Users
=============
If you have trouble installing version 3.25, or don't want to risk
upgrading your working system, you can download the new disinfect.pl from
the News section of the web site.

Version 4 Users
=============
Version 4 users should just be able to "rpm -Uvh" the mailscanner*rpm file
in the distribution, you won't need to try to re-install all the perl
modules or anything like that.
