is V4 stable?

I waited for the beta testing to be done and moved from 3.20 to 4.02-3. had
a problem with a MIME Tool perl module. I installed that manually and it
went thro' fine. V4 is simply great and mighty flexible as compared to V3.
I'd strongly recommend.
