RuleSets

Is there a sequence. Should not default come at the end as it is the one
that needs to be matched last in the chain of rules?

What other keywords can we use. Does FromTo mean FromOrTo or FromAndTo?

Coupa-things....

1: Could someone please point me to the doc(s) that explain
the 'how, when, where' etc for writing a ruleset, specifically

I want a ruleset to convert html messages to plain text, but only for
some users [in our case, students, so if it can be applied to a group
that would be great].

2: Don't suppose there is a way to grep thru mail content - using key
words, for a groups mail, is there?

Any help, advice, examples, pointers much appreciated
