What I think I'm going to do is this:
Our users don't like the idea of incoming spam not being delivered. They
prefer to make their minds up themselves. I'm going to install the
SpamAssassin rule I have published with a suitably high score (say 30 or
so). Then I'm going to set the High Scoring Spam Action to "store", set the
high score threshold to 30 and not tell the users. They won't notice any
difference but these spam messages won't get through :-)
