RaQ - Frustrated now - HELP please

ok thanks to the various people with possible answers to this which I
will try tomorrow when I build another dev server for V4 - I got so
cheesed off this morning I rebuilt the one that was possibly only a few
config lines of working and put V3 from Steve Bassi's pkg so that I
could do a SpamAssasain Install and we won't go into that either lets
just say its ongoing and an separate install of perl 5.6 might not be a
bad idea.

Thanks again guys I will do an update on success or failure tomorrow
