ANNOUNCE: more bug fixes

Sorry I have to smile. ;-) Now postmaster and sender notifications are
working but sender notifications are also happening for the Silent
Viruses.

Try what I've just posted on the web site.
If you want to do it by hand, change MessageBatch.pm line 561 from
     next if $message->{deleted} || !$message->{stillwarn};
to
     next if $message->{deleted} && !$message->{stillwarn};
