ANNOUNCE: more bug fixes

Is there anything I should look at for this?  What perl mods are those
routines using?  If move the alpha version back into place, it works.
I'll redo the mime tools and patching to see if that makes a diff.

Well I definitely am. I set it to "queue" rather than "batch" and I can
see them sitting in my /var/spool/mqueue.

Anyone corroborate this?
