Spam not being marked as Spam

SpamAssassin 2.42 has a bug in the AWL implementation that causes it to
drive down the score of spams, mailscanner uses it by default.

either upgrade to SA 2.43 (just released) or disable the SpamAssassin auto
whitelist in mailscanner.conf.
