Spam not being marked as Spam

We use MailScanner-3.23-5 with SpamAssassin-2.42 and Razor-2.152 on Solaris 8.
Most Spam is marked as Spam, but still about 5-10% gets through.  When I run
"spamassassin -t" on these massages by hand I find that SpamAssassin does think
they are Spam.  Is there anyway of fixing this?
