Another bit of polish on Version 3.

This version improves the messages and warnings that are put on messages
created by the Bugbear virus, so it should be clearer to your users.

There is also another (4th!) security patch to the MIME-tools modules,
which avoids problems caused by messages with intentionally broken MIME
headers within the message.

I have also fixed 1 minor bug affecting the warning message added to
infected messages containing no main message body at all.

There is also a new release of Version 4 (4.00.0a13-1).

This contains similar improvements, as well as a few new features such as
the ability to tag the Subject: line of high-scoring spam separately from
the tag applied to other spam. Messages that triggered only a filename trap
can be tagged differently from other infected messages, giving your users a
clearer understanding of the dubious message content.
