Hmmm...I get basically the same thing for that IP address, and get a
good hit on an IP address known to be in their database: 68.64.168.50 -

$ nslookup 50.168.64.68.relays.ordb.org
Server:  mail1.ihs.com
Address:  170.207.70.222

Name:    50.168.64.68.relays.ordb.org
Address:  127.0.0.2
