ORDB-RBL timed out and was killed

Since implementing 3.23-4, I haven't seen any "Message is spam according
to ORDB-RBL" messages.  There were normally 15 - 30 per day.

As for the failures, most of them are "...consecutive 1 of 7," but I do
see a few of them going up to "7 of 7."

No big deal.  I just turned the spam checks off, since I have MAPS RBL+
active in Sendmail anyway.  A few more spams getting through won't kill
anybody.
