Convert to HTML bug in 4.09a

Whenever I set this to yes, and send a simple test message from pine, 

This is all I get in the delivered message

information. testing no html 


"testing no html" was the message body and there isn't a
viruswarning.txt attached. 

Disabling either the convert to html or virus scanning options stops it.
