There is now a "Attachment Encoding Charset" configuration variable in 
version 4.

It can even be a ruleset so you can change the character set you use, based 
on what country the message is going to :-)

I want to get another V4 release done this weekend, along with RPM's for 
RedHat 7 and 8 if possible. Have now got my main office PC looking like a 
Windows box if you ftp or telnet to it, and looking like a Linux box if you 
ssh to it :-)
