New FAQ - Windows support

I have just added a FAQ on how you can use MailScanner with any
non-supported OS or MTA, e.g. Microsoft Windows, Exchange, Postfix, Qmail,
NTMail, etc.

It's a trick I've employed for the past year with an NTMail server, and it
works perfectly.
