Whoops, looks like I overlooked the possibility of the extra character
in $MinorVer breaking the download of the IDE file. It seems like there
needs to be a new variable, one for the filename, and one for the
version to be downloaded. So, I'll just go back to using my workaround
until such time as the script gets updated.

So I guess you can just treat this as a feature request for a future
version.
