Try disabling the rbl checks in SpamAssassin. Edit your
/usr/local/MailScanner/etc/spam.assassin.prefs.conf and remove the "#" from
the start of the "# skip_rbl_checks 1" line.
Sounds like your DNS lookups are a bit on the slow side.
