I've hit another problem. Say you get a message to someone at otherdomain.com
from someone at yourdomain.com. You say you don't want to scan yourdomain.com
but otherdomain.com isn't owned by you. Presumably you don't want to scan
that message.

But if otherdomain.com *is* owned by you, and you don't say anything about
it, then should I scan the message or not?

I cannot guarantee that you will list every single domain you own in one of
the files.

Also, if you only use the "don't scan" list (and the "do scan" list is
empty, which is what you say you want), then I would still end up scanning
everything entering/leaving your site as one of the addresses would be
outside of your control and hence not in the "don't scan" list.

If you own both domains, and 1 of them appears in the "do scan" list and
the other appears in the "don't scan" list, then what do I do?

I'm not at all sure this can actually be done. Saying "don't scan the
message if any of the domains appears in the 'don't scan' list" is not the
right answer. Saying "don't scan the message if all of the domains appear
in the 'don't scan' list" is also not the right answer.

If someone can come up with a set of logical rules that cover every
situation, then I'll revisit this problem. But until then it is going to
have to stay as it is.
