Since mailscanner messes around with the MTA's queues directly, it needs
to have separate functions written to perform certain operations for each
MTA. Depending on how any "new" MTA works its queues, the logic might also
change significantly.

It's not trivial, and unless someone is willing to commit to maintaining
support for any other MTA, then it's not going to happen - it's not the
kind of thing for which we can just accept a chunk of code unless the
contributor is going to stick around and support it.

Hacking an MTA to use another MTA's queue formats would be even less
trivial, unless it does it already ;)
