MailScanner / SpamAssassin on a RaQ4

[Julian Field]

I'll quite happily put it up on the MailScanner site as it's helpful to
other people. One of the things on my list was to get the RaQ packaging
sorted out properly. If other people can do it (I can help if you like) then
that will save me lots of work.
