I use this with a filter to sign only mails leaving the domain with the
disclaimer and not ones that arrive for that domain.
<MailScanner.conf>
Inline HTML Signature = /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/inline.sig.html
Inline Text Signature = /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/inline.sig.txt
Sign Clean Messages = /etc/MailScanner/rules/outsign.rules
</MailScanner.conf>
<outsign.rules>
To: mydomain no
To: default yes
</outsign.rules>
