Reject mail marked as spam when one receiver is whitelisted

  Hello,
 
  Often I have mail that is addressed to multiple recipients that is
marked by Spamassassin as spam. When one of those recipients is
whitelisted all of the recipients receive the mail. Is there a way to
make only the person in the whitelist receive the mail? I realize that
would mean rewriting the envelope receiver, will MailScanner do that?
