You can make the VirusWarning.txt inline instead of an attachment.
         Warning Is Attachment = no
You can edit the text in the VirusWarning.txt message.
         Stored Bad Filename Message Report =
         Stored Virus Message Report =
You can edit the warning message that is inserted at the top of the message.
         Inline HTML Warning =
         Inline Text Warning =
You can change the subject line tag.
         Virus Modify Subject = yes
         Virus Subject Text = {Virus?}

This should make it pretty close to what you have now. MailScanner will (by
default) try hard to deliver as much of the message as it safely can.
