According to <http://razor.sourceforge.net/>, the latest stable release
of razor is 1.19 (the download link in the upper left corner). I also
tried 1.20 once, but couldn't get it to work, either.

ObUnrelatedSideNote: Am I the only one who sends proper signature
terminators ("-- \n") to this list, only to have them castrated
("--\n") by some clever mail server somewhere in the chain? Just
curious.
