sa-update daily error

Hi,

I recently upgraded to mailscanner 4.54.2-2, and now get the error below:

/etc/cron.daily/sa-update:

/etc/cron.daily/sa-update: line 8: =: command not found
/etc/cron.daily/sa-update: line 10: exit: if: numeric argument required

The relevant lines in this file are:

$Disabled = 1;

exit if $Disabled;

I'm running Scientific Linux 4.2 (RHEL4 U2).

Any ideas?
