This seems like the wrong list to that question since its a MW related issue.
I'm not sure a domain name as a login is valid. Try creating a
username like "<a href="mailto:user@domain.com">user@domain.com</a>" and make him domain admin.
I also think that domains his the admin of his able to see. So make
him the owner of the domains.
