You're not providing what the "mailscanner alerts" say. Without that,<br>
it's not even clear from the wording that it's related to MailScanner.<br>
If you provide the exact "mailscanner alerts" you mention there might<br>
be a possibility someone here could help.<br>

The best - and only - way to clean a "wrongly poisoned domain name" is<br>
to go to each list and follow their specific instructions for removal.<br>
Each list is different. None of these lists are maintained by<br>
MailScanner, MailScanner checks these lists but doesn't directly<br>
influence them.<br>
