I've used it since 2002'ish, in environments that processed millions of messages a day, that's accepted mails, not total connections, and it was never really a problem, we have more complaints about spamhaus blockings than sorbs or spamcop.<BR>

and yea we use it at MTA level, both sendmail and postfix<BR>
