Thanks for the answer. For now I would be happy just to silently
discard mails to users that are not linux users on the same server. But
my real problem further down the road is in ldap (active directory). So
users not in AD are considered invalid emails. I decided to approach
this in steps ;-)<br>

Sendmail should be doing this already... You have changed something to
make it<br>
NOT reject unknown users.<br>

setup for example "From: 1.2.3.4 DISCARD" so every email from that ip
is silently discarded. How do you now if an user is either valid or
not? Ldap?</div>
