It's used by ScamNailer for starters. I wanted to put it in the same place as the MailScanner files go so that I don't start putting all sorts of things in random places, when the projects are closely related.<div>

The list phishing.bad.emails.conf is used by mailscanner in the phishing engine? Because i only saw defined the sites lists.<br>
