I found performance improved overall for the system. I use the OCZ Summit series of SATA drives in a RAID 5 config. Super fast and ridiculous longevity. <br>

<br></font></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Using SSDs is generally a very good idea if cost is not a concern. We evaluated that in our setup but ended up going with more RAM and using ram drives. Using ram drives is risky as you will lose all email in case of a power blip. </div>
