You do realize that your question is ambiguos and that you don't provide<br>
much information. It's of the same "quality" as your question a few days<br>
ago. I consider this *inpolite*. If you continue this way you won't grow<br>
happy on mailing lists.<br>
So, assuming the most probable meaning: you don't need to if you didn't<br>
whitelist yourself. Most of these should score like other spam does.<br>
