If you are talking about a package that came with MS:
rpm -e perl-Test-Harness
btw, you can force installations in CPAN, too.

It hadn't been installed by MailScanner. I had tried force and fforce
in CPAN + a number of other things. The install succeeded but my
system continued to insist that it was at the lower level. I finally
just went into the perl tree and physically removed the Test
directory. That fixed it immediately.<br>
